Coaching and change management support involve working in a highly personalized fashion on very personal topics. Therefore I have decided not to publish my clients’ names here out of respect and appreciation for them and their privacy.
BACKGROUND
After completing my business degree, I was given the opportunity to gather leadership and operative experience in the areas of marketing and consulting for a variety of international communication and CSR projects. Following my organizational psychology studies, I worked for a number of consultancy firms and provided support to various management teams going through change processes, carried out individual assessments and provided executive coaching services. Today, I also work as a consultant of Spencer Stuart Leadership Advisory Services supporting clients to assess and develop their senior leaders, top teams and available talent to help increase their individual, team or organizational effectiveness.
Besides that, I am a member of the supervisory board of the DRF Luftrettung gemeinnützige Stiftung AG (German air rescue non-profit foundation) and a board member of ArMiD e.V., an association fostering dialogue and exchange among supervisory board members of medium-sized companies.
The ideal interplay of psychology, communication and a holistic entrepreneurial perspective is, as I see it, an unbeatable trio when dealing with both individual and team processes.
I find it extremely rewarding to provide support to people going through change processes and to experience their personal development along with them. When doing so, I attach great importance to openness, clarity and a trusting and positive atmosphere—since these are the qualities which help change flourish.
