INDIVIDUAL COACHING

“Without having a goal, it is hard to score” (Paul Arden). This explains why a concrete concern paired with a clear goal always forms the basis of individual coaching. What are your long-term goals? This question will serve as the starting point for the journey we’ll be taking together, for sharpening your awareness of your own behavior, for analyzing the impression you make on others and, eventually, for uncovering and developing your personal potential. When developing approaches for reaching the goal you’ve set for yourself, we’ll take into account your very personal history, your resources and your abilities. Change is always a process, a personal journey. Change takes time—so you can reach your goal one step at a time. Exercises and relevant reading material will support and supplement this process of personal development.

TEAM COACHING

Are you seeking to further develop your team? Allow me to help you reach your goals by first assisting you in developing a tailor-made plan. Your plan will contain modular workshops which can be supplemented with sessions of observation and individual coaching. An external perspective often reveals details which may be overlooked in internal work processes. Together, we’ll analyze your team’s behavior, how the individual members interact and the effects this all has on your team’s performance and overall atmosphere. Do all of these aspects work toward the goals of your area as well as the strategic goal of your company? Or are adjustments called for? We’ll develop new behavioral patterns which can then be carried over into everyday work life through targeted training.

CHANGE

Your company is facing a process of change: All the dates, facts and figures are clear – but what about the emotions of the people involved? Very often, this important part of the change process gets neglected, even though change always brings up so many questions: “What kinds of anxiety and resistance will we encounter, and how will we handle them?”, “What is the best way of communicating with our staff about this?” Together we’ll answer all of these questions and develop measures for preparing your change management team for the emotional challenges of the change process. Going forward, we’ll strengthen the team’s capacity for dialogue with their staff and colleagues. This will not only help you to accelerate your processes of change but also to optimize the results of these processes.
